This course will take you through a comprehensive muscle tension release protocol focused on targeting the muscles around the larynx as well as all those that may impact voice use and quality. You will learn a series of fifteen stretches (plus bonus techniques for optimal head/neck alignment!), beneficial breathing specific to the stretches, eleven different massage and release techniques, and a progressive relaxation exercise for the entire body but especially targeting the tension release from the head/neck and mind in connection with breathing. The course is complete with videos, summaries, and handouts (including pictures and descriptions).
This course will provide extensive education and training on all aspects of VOICE (specific to the fitness professional). Think: vocal health and wellness, prevention of voice disorders, efficient voice use for a healthy functioning vocal instrument in all settings, and dynamic voice use to confidently engage and inspire a room full of clients.
