This course will take you through a comprehensive muscle tension release protocol focused on targeting the muscles around the larynx as well as all those that may impact voice use and quality. You will learn a series of fifteen stretches (plus bonus techniques for optimal head/neck alignment!), beneficial breathing specific to the stretches, eleven different massage and release techniques, and a progressive relaxation exercise for the entire body but especially targeting the tension release from the head/neck and mind in connection with breathing.
